MASSENA CHAMBER ANNOUNCES 3RD ANNUAL HARVEST FESTIVAL

The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 3rd Annual Harvest Festival in Downtown Massena on Saturday, September 11th and would like to invite you to participate in this year’s event. Massena’s Downtown will be blocked off with a special permit from East Orvis Street to Andrews Street. This year’s Harvest Festival will be held from 12 – 5 pm with setup starting at 11 am.
Last year’s event was very successful and included many vendors, food booth, bouncy house, games, hay rides, wine tasting, face painting, free pumpkins, pumpkin painting, make your own scarecrow, and much more. We are looking forward to broadening the events this year and hope you will join us.
If you are interested in participating as a vendor, please complete the enclosed Vendor Application and return to the chamber office no later than September 3, 2010. It is the chambers pleasure to offer space FREE of charge to our chamber members as a benefit of being a member in good standing.
For non-chamber members, the fee is $20 and we are offering that should you decide to join the chamber by September 30th, we will gladly put the $20 towards your membership dues. For your convenience we have enclosed a membership application.
It is important for us to have your application returned so that we can include you in all our advertising and map of events. Please be specific when identifying what item(s) you will have for sale and/or display. The Massena Chamber will have a Food Booth and therefore will be limiting food vendors.
Please note, there is no power available and all vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs and tents.
